My classes offer all of the postural and injury prevention benefits of a traditional pilates class, but go a few steps further. Expect an intense, full-body workout.
Dynamic Pilates is quick paced to make the most of the hour, and set to music to help keep you motivated. I will help you pull your body back into alignment and strengthen the muscles that will keep it there.
I will also work on your triceps which have nothing to do with alignment, but nobody wants bingo wings.
